Making frozen chicken kiev from the store is so easy in the air fryer! The chicken will be air fried perfectly - golden brown on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside.

Steps:
- Spray the air fryer basket lightly with non-stick cooking oil spray.
- Place the frozen chicken kiev in the basket. Set temperature to 400F for 15 minutes.
- Around the 8 minute mark, take out the basket and use a spatula to flip the chicken over the other side.
- Return basket to air fryer and let it finish cooking.
- Once done, serve and enjoy.

After a few tests that included steaming, baking, and boiling, I finally settled on blanching the beans in a flavorful broth.
