Doctored cake mix bundt cake made with sour cream and vanilla pudding. This is an easy dessert recipe that gets so many compliments every time I make it because it tastes like it’s homemade!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Prepare a 10 – 12 cup (9 – 10 inch) bundt pan by greasing it very well with oil or butter. Set aside.
- In a large bowl combine the sour cream, oil, and milk.
- Beat in the eggs.
- Add the cake mix and pudding mix and gently mix until fully incorporated. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the greased bundt pan. Smooth the top into an even layer.
- Bake for 40 – 45 minutes until a toothpick inserted deeply in the center comes out clean, then again on the opposite side.
- Cool in pan 20 minutes then remove by placing a large plate over the top and flipping it right side up. If cake doesn’t fall out right away, give the pan a few light taps until it does.
- Let cake cool completely for about an hour or at least until no longer piping hot before frosting.
- Top with frosting or glaze of choice. Decorate with sprinkles if desired.
- Serve at room temperature or fridge cold.

Though I love to cook, I'm fairly new to baking "outside the box" lol. I've seen several wonderful sounding recipes I'd like to try, listing cake mix with pudding as an ingredient. Yay!! Right up my alley! =D
But wait, I've never seen a cake mix with pudding. Hmmmm.... So I did a little internet digging and found this article/recipe. Thought I'd share it for anyone else out there who was scratching their heads.
"You can use cake mix with an additional ingredient to make it taste moist and homemade: pudding. Adding an instant-pudding mix to your cake mix and altering the other ingredient amounts and bake time will produce a delicious cake--and no one will detect that it started with a mix.
Difficulty: Moderately Easy"

- On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 1/8-in.-thick circle; transfer to a 9-in. pie plate. Trim to 1/2 in. beyond rim of plate; flute edge. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 425°., Line crust with a double thickness of foil. Fill with pie weights, dried beans or uncooked rice. Bake on a lower oven rack until edge is golden brown, 20-25 minutes. Remove foil and weights; bake until bottom is golden brown, 3-6 minutes longer. Cool on a wire rack., In a large heavy saucepan, mix sugar and cornstarch. Whisk in milk and lemon juice until smooth. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until thickened and bubbly. Reduce heat to low; cook and stir 2 minutes longer. Remove from heat. , In a small bowl, whisk a small amount of hot mixture into egg yolks; return all to the pan, whisking constantly. Bring to a gentle boil; cook and stir 2 minutes. Remove from heat. - For glaze, place frosting in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high power 10 to 15 seconds. Stir until smooth. Repeat if necessary. Do not over heat.
