Very simple and cheap, I made these for my ex-husband and the guys he works with. Tthey really enjoyed them. Very easy to double also.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 (8 count) package refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
4 teaspoons yellow mustard
4 slices roast beef
4 slices American cheese
green chili

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Unroll dough into 4 rectangles.
  • Spread each one with mustard; top with slice roast beef,.
  • Top with 1 slice cheese and one quarter of chilies.
  • Beginning at short ends roll up.
  • Pinch seams closed; place seam side down onto baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crisp.

Enjoy these mouthwatering philly cheese steak from Pat’s King of Steaks. It comes with seared thin-sliced beef, onions, and cheese in toasted bread rolls.

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 tbsp divided canola oil
2 sliced thinly Large Onion
24 oz sliced as thinly as possible rib eye
6 oz Cheez Whiz
4 toasted crusty sub rolls
kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper
to taste on bottom of bun mayonnaise

Steps:

  • To thinly slice the beef, put it in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours to easily slice it as thin as preferred.
  • In a cast-iron skillet, add 3 tablespoons of canola oil and add the onions. Cook until they wilt and begin to yellow (not browned).
  • Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from pan.
  • Add in the last tablespoon of oil and get the pan hot.
  • Season the beef with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sear on both sides quickly, browned but don't let it dry out.
  • Add the onions back in and mix together.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the Cheez Whiz up.
  • Add the onions and beef to the rolls and top with Cheez Whiz.
  • Enjoy immediately.
