Steps:
Place the raspberries, 125ml water and sugar in a medium saucepan and bring to the boil stirring continuously until the sugar has melted and the berries have been crushed.
Strain through a sieve, forcing any berries which maybe be caught up in the sieve through it with the back of a spoon.
Allow to cool.
Mix the raspberry mixture with the lemon juice, and top with either still or sparkling water to serve.

Steps:
Heat the sugar and water in a small pot over a medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and cool completely.
Once the syrup has cooled, stir in the lemon juice.
Add the lemon syrup and sparkling mineral water to a Le Creuset Cool Mint Pitcher and stir until well combined.
Pour into glasses and add enough cranberry juice to make it as pink as you would like.

Scald the milk with the vanilla extract in a Le Creuset saucepan. Add the chocolate, remove from the heat and whisk until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Add a pinch of salt to taste.
Pour into two Le Creuset Heart Collection 350ml Mugs and serve immediately.
Serve with whipped cream, love heart sprinkles, grated chocolate, edible flowers or other toppings of your choice.
