Steps:
- Blend the 2 rums and strawberries in a blender until a smooth paste has formed. Pour mixture into a tall collins or hurricane glass.
- Rinse blender. Blend banana, coconut cream, and pineapple juice with ice until smooth.
- Slowly pour the mixture into a glass with red rum mix. Watch strawberry mixture oozing its way to the top along the sides of the glass, creating a flowing lava effect.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and paper umbrella, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
LAVA FLOW COCKTAIL RECIPE
I had this in Hawaii and fell in love with it! I immediately looked up the recipe and will be making it all summer. It is perfect on a hot day - try to make sure it's served icy cold. This sounds like a girlie drink but guys love it too! The strawberry mix in the glass creeps up the sides of the glass and looks like flowing lava.

Steps:
- Add the banana, coconut cream and pineapple juice to a blender and blend, then set aside.
- In the bottom of a hurricane glass, muddle together both rums and the strawberries.
- Pour the blended mixture slowly into the glass so the strawberry-rum mixture creeps up the inside of the glass, then serve.
