Brunch for a bunch is easy when you make a 9x13 quiche to feed the hungry crowd.

Steps:
- Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper.
- Roll out pie crust to fit in the pan.
- Mix filling ingredients, and pour into unbaked crust.
- Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 50 minutes, or until a knife or skewer stuck in the center of the quiche comes out cleanly.
- Let the quiche stand for at least 15 minutes after removing from the oven to set.

- Heat oven to 450°F. Spray bottom and sides of 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. Remove pie crusts from pouches. On lightly floured surface, unroll and stack crusts one on top of the other. Roll to 17x12-inch rectangle.
- Fit crust into pan, pressing firmly into corners and sides. Fold extra crust up and over edges of pan. Seal any tears in crust. Bake 6 minutes; remove from oven, and cool 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 375°F.
- In large bowl, beat eggs, half-and-half, salt and pepper with whisk. Sprinkle bacon, green onions and cheeses on top of pie crust. Carefully pour egg mixture over top.
- Bake 28 to 32 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and crust is light golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.In a skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Crumble and set aside. Pour out excess grease but don’t clean the pan.Melt butter in the same skillet. Add onions and cook for a few minutes. Add mushrooms and artichokes and cook for a few more minutes. Salt mixture to taste. Remove from heat and allow to cool for about 20 minutes.Roll out pie crust and press into deep dish tart pan. (May also use 2 standard pie crusts for this recipe.) In a large bowl, beat eggs with cream. Add grated cheese, salt and pepper, and set aside. (Add cayenne pepper if you’d like a little kick.) With a slotted spoon, add mushroom mixture into egg/cream mixture. Stir together. Add bacon and stir. Add parsley or chives, if desired.Pour into pie crust and press to submerge ingredients. Cover loosely with foil, place on a baking sheet, and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Bake for slightly longer if quiche is overly jiggly.Remove from oven and allow to set for ten minutes before serving. Remove quiche from pan and slice into wedges.
