The time is really fast. It's another year of Laba. After eating Laba porridge, the New Year is not far away! There are many topics about Laba porridge, salty and sweet, meaty and vegetarian. 100 g Rice
50 grams Chixiaodou
50 grams soy
50 grams Red kidney beans
50 grams White Beans
100 g Peanut kernels (raw)
100 g taro
100 g pork ribs
100 g Chinese cabbage

Steps:

  • All beans and peanuts are soaked overnight (beans are hard to cook and need to be soaked in advance)
  • Blanch the salty ribs and rinse them out, put them in a pot with beans and add enough water to boil. Turn to medium-low heat and cook for about 20 minutes.
  • Continue to add the soaked rice and peeled taro to boil and turn to low heat (if you have time, it is best to soak the rice for more than half an hour in advance)
  • After cooking until it is thick, add the chopped green vegetables and add an appropriate amount of salt, cook for a few minutes, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.

25 grams Barley
15 grams Lotus seed
25 grams red beans
8 pcs Dates (dried)
20 grams Dried longan
100 g Frozen corn kernels
25 grams Sago
25 grams crystal sugar

Steps:

  • There is no glutinous rice at home, and old corn kernels peeled and frozen in the refrigerator for use.
  • Wash the ingredients and pour them into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker. Do not add the red dates and dried longan.
  • Close the lid, adjust the air valve, and press the "Beans" button to start cooking. When the time is up, there will be a sound reminder. When the gas is gone, put in red dates, dried longan and rock sugar, cover and keep warm.
