- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine all powdered ingredients in a paper or plastic bag.
- Moisten chicken pieces with water, salad dressing, etc.
- Shake 1-2 pieces at a time. Place on baking pan. I use a rack and pan to let the grease drip off.
- Bake bone-in for 1 hr, boneless for 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 (165-175 for thighs).

It worked great and my family loved it. This is, by far, the best Shake and Bake recipe I have tried. Very good recipe. The only thing different that I did was to add 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. We like our food a little hot. We don't buy shake and bake anymore. Thanks for the great recipe.
