Steps:
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until done.
- Add next 3 ingredients; stir. Bring to boil.
- Stir in remaining ingredients; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork.

Steps:
- Brown meat in a large wok or skillet, remove and drain; set aside.
- To the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of the sesame oil and heat over medium high. Add green onion and carrots and stir fry for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add the garlic and cabbage and stir fry another 2 minutes. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce and remaining sesame oil; stir fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked ground beef back to the skillet, sprinkle with the salt, pepper, ginger and red pepper flakes and toss until heated through.
- Taste, adjust seasonings and add additional sesame oil to taste, if desired.
