PRESSURE COOKER CHICKEN ADOBO RECIPE | MYRECIPES
Deliciously balanced with savory and sweet, chicken adobo is a great addition to anyone's collection of go-to comfort foods. This dish typically requires a lengthy period of simmering to build up the deep, rich signature flavor, but the pressure cooker helps you achieve the same level of flavorful satisfaction in a fraction of the time. Note, if you don't have fish sauce on hand, you can leave it out—but if you're going by the grocery store anyway, it's definitely worth investing in a bottle. Serve the adobo over rice for a vibrant and hearty entree.

PRESSURE COOKER BEEF BRISKET RECIPE - MEALTHY.COM

Our pressure cooker recipe for tender, juicy beef brisket is prepared with a flavorful homemade rub. What would traditionally take hours to tenderize and cook is ready in just over an hour in the MultiPot Pressure Cooker. Black pepper, salt, paprika, chili powder, garlic salt and onion powder come together in the brisket rub. If you have a favorite blend, give that a try instead! You can even turn this succulent dish into brisket sliders by serving them on top of small buns with a store-bought or homemade coleslaw for crunch.

  • Mix pepper, salt, paprika, chili powder, garlic salt, and onion powder together in a bowl; rub onto brisket pieces to coat. Lay brisket in pressure cooker. Pour water and Worcestershire sauce over the meat. Lock pressure cooker lid in place and set steam vent to Sealing. Select Pressure Cook (Manual) and cook for 60 minutes on High pressure. Once the cooking cycle has completed allow pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes, then set steam vent to Venting to quick-release remaining pressure. Remove brisket to a cutting board. Drain liquid from the pot through a fine-mesh strainer; discard fat and solids. Slice brisket 1-inch thick. Drizzle pan liquid over brisket to serve.

PRESSURE COOKER CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS RECIPE - NYT COOKING
It doesn’t get more comforting than a simmering pot of chicken and soft, fluffy dumplings. This one is relatively classic, though I’ve added some chives to the dumplings for color and freshness. But feel free to leave them out for something more traditionally beige. Or stir in a handful of thawed frozen peas at the end for sweetness and a touch of green. I prefer using all dark meat here—a combination of drumsticks and thighs gives great flavor and won’t overcook as readily as white meat. But use whatever pieces you like, or a combination. If using all white meat, cook it for a minute or two less. This is one of 10 recipes from Melissa Clark’s “Dinner in an Instant: 75 Modern Recipes for Your Pressure Cooker, Multicooker, and Instant Pot” (Clarkson Potter, 2017). PRESSURE COOKER BONE BROTH OR CHICKEN STOCK - NYT COOKING
The difference between bone broth and regular broth, or stock, comes down to the length of the cooking time and the addition of acid to the cooking liquid. They taste very similar, though the bone broth has a slightly more intense flavor and a thicker, silkier texture. They can be used interchangeably in recipes. Really, the main difference is that many people consider bone broth to be therapeutic: The longer cooking time of a bone broth allows the collagen and minerals from the bones and connective tissue to dissolve into the liquid. This is one of 10 recipes from Melissa Clark’s “Dinner in an Instant: 75 Modern Recipes for Your Pressure Cooker, Multicooker, and Instant Pot” (Clarkson Potter, 2017).
