1 English Cucumber, Washed And Sliced
1 Green Onion, Sliced
2 cloves Garlic, Minced
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Gochugaru (Korean Red Pepper Flakes)
2 tsp. Toasted Sesame Oil
1 tsp. Cane Sugar
2 tsp. Toasted Sesame Seeds

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix very well so that the gochugaru is evenly distributed. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.Recipe adapted from Maangchi.
