EASY CAULIFLOWER SOUP - REAL: THE KITCHEN AND BEYOND

Steps:
- Preheat oil in a stock pot over medium heat.
- Mince garlic and chop onion while oil is preheating.
- Add garlic and onion to pan, stirring frequently, until soft.
- While garlic and onion are softening, finely chop cauliflower.
- Add cauliflower, stock//broth, salt, and pepper to the pot.
- Cover and cook until cauliflower is soft, approximately 30-40 minutes.
- Stir frequently.
- Serve chunky or puree before serving.

- Mix dry ingredients.
- Mix in applesauce.
- Mix in water and vanilla.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
