Whether it is the summer season or winters, ice creams are always a delight. Today, I will familiarize you with Vitamix Vanilla Ice Cream.

1 cup Milk
25 Milk Ice Cubes
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract

Steps:

  • Add milk, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, milk ice cubes into the Vitamix container and select variable 1.
  • Turn on the machine by gradually increasing the speed to high.
  • Use the tamper, so that all the ingredients will be pressed into the blades.
  • Run the machine for 30 seconds and you'll notice that four molds are formed
  • Serve immediately.

3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 cups milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 pint (2 cups) whipping cream
2 to 3 teaspoons maple flavor
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Steps:

  • In medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, milk and eggs; mix well. Cook over medium heat for about 12 minutes or until mixture is slightly thickened and coats a metal spoon, stirring constantly. DO NOT BOIL. Cool 30 minutes.*
  • Add whipping cream and maple flavor; blend well. Stir in nuts. Refrigerate until ready to freeze.
  • When ready to freeze, freeze mixture in ice cream maker according to manufacturer´s directions.
