½ cup diced celery
¼ cup diced green bell pepper
? cup diced scallions
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 dashes adobo seasoning, or to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Combine mock crab meat, celery, bell pepper, scallions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, adobo seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Cover and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
