When you really need to eat your greens, go for this smoothie that packs both kale and spinach into every sip. Kiwi and dates add natural sweetness, and almond butter and almond milk keep you full.

1 cup baby kale
1 cup baby spinach
5 dates, pitted and roughly chopped
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons creamy almond butter
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Steps:

  • Add kale, spinach, dates, kiwi, almond butter and almond milk to a blender. Blend on medium-low speed, using the tamper as necessary, until well combined.
  • Increase speed to medium-high and blend until very smooth.

1 cup chopped kale
1 cup chopped fresh spinach
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup orange juice
1?½ cups chopped fresh pineapple
1 small yellow mango - peeled, pitted, and roughly chopped

Steps:

  • Place kale and spinach in a blender; blend until leaves become finely chopped. Add pineapple juice and orange juice; blend until smooth. Add pineapple and mango; blend until smooth.
