5 bh cakwe
Bahan balutan
100 gr tepung beras
50 gr tepung maizena
1 sachet kaldu bubuk ayam halawa
Bumbu kuah
6 bh cabe rawit merah
2 bh tomat
4 bh bawang putih
2 sdm kacang tanah goreng
3 sdm gula pasir
Secukupnya kaldu bubuk udang
Secukupnya garam dan jeruk kasturi

Steps:

  • Timbang masing2 tepung.masukkan dlm wadah baskom.beri air sdkt demi sdkt sambil di aduk2 biar tepung larut.tambahkan kaldu bubuk halawa.aduk sampe tercampur rata
  • Setelah tercampur rata.panaskan panci pengukus.ambil loyang datar.tuang 2 sendok adonan kmdn kukus kurang lbh 5 mnt
  • Setelah di kukus 5 mnt.taruh 1 bh cakwe di atas adonan tipis yg sdh di kukus td.gulung sampe cakwe terselimuti sempurna.
  • Siapkan bahan bumbu kuahnya.cabe.tomat dan.bawang putih sy rebus sebentar.kmdn haluskan.tambahkn kacang tanah goreng..rebus dlm panci.tambahkan air.gula.garam terakhir peradan limau kasturi.siap unt siraman
  • Potong2 sesuai selera..kmdn siram dg kuah pedes manis asemnya.
  • Tambahkan.
