2 cups creamy peanut butter
2/3 cup butter, softened
1-1/3 cups sugar
1-1/3 cups packed brown sugar
4 large eggs, room temperature
2-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon light corn syrup
6 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate M&M's

Steps:

In a large bowl, cream peanut butter, butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in eggs, baking soda, vanilla and corn syrup. Add oats and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and M&M's. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour., Preheat oven to 350°. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls 3 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 14-18 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

4 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups Land O Lakes® Butter softened
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 (12-ounce) package (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chunks or chocolate chips

Steps:

Heat oven to 375°F.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in bowl; set aside.
Combine butter, sugar and brown sugar in another bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla. Continue beating, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Gradually add flour mixture, beating at low speed until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chunks.
Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-14 minutes or until light golden brown. (Do not overbake.) Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to cooling rack.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Cream butter with sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and beat. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and kosher salt. Add to mixing bowl and mix till combined. After that, add in remaining ingredients in whatever quantity you prefer. Add more nuts if you'd like, or more M & M's, more peanut butter chips or chocolate chips. Add Rice Crispies at the very end, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix!Use a cookie scoop to scoop balls of dough onto a cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown, then allow to cool on a rack. Serve with glasses of cold milk.
