Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray Hy-Vee jumbo cupcake pan with cooking spray for baking. Set aside.
- 2. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Evenly divide batter between both sides of jumbo cupcake pan.
- 3. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center of each cake comes out clean.
- 4. Cool cake in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes and invert cakes onto wire rack to cool completely before frosting.
