Sep 27, 2020 · Cut/dice: 2 white onions, 2 large tomatoes (or 4 medium sized ones), 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper (or orange), crack 2 eggs, roughly chop quarter cup Thai Basil. Then it goes really fast, you heat up quarter cup oil in hot wok. Add 1 tbsp each ginger and garlic puree (I didn’t add 1 tbsp chilli). Stir it vigourosly.
