Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place parchment paper on a cookie/baking sheet. A silicone sheet is not recommended- they will not bake properly. Using a tablespoon, scoop up 1 T. Monterrey Jack cheese and make a small pile on the parchment. Press it slightly flat. Repeat about 15 more times or until cheese is gone. Place a slice of jalapeno on top of each pile. Bake about 10-12 minutes or more until brown and firm enough to pick up without breaking. Let them completely cool and fully firm up before removing from the pan for best results.

- Use a lemon wedge to moisten cocktail glass rims. Dip each into sugar.
- Combine vodka, lemonade, and liqueur in a large pitcher or cocktail shaker; stir or shake to combine. Pour evenly into the prepared glasses; top with champagne and garnish with lemon wedges.
