An easy recipe for gluten free spaghetti made with a from-scratch gluten free spaghetti sauce. Add ground beef, ground turkey, or your favorite roasted veggies to make it exactly the way you want it. This gluten free spaghetti sauce recipe is dairy-free and sugar free.

Number Of Ingredients 11

12 oz. gluten free pasta of choice
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14.5 oz.) crushed tomatoes
15 oz. tomato sauce
6 oz. tomato paste
1/2 cup broth (veggie, beef, or chicken)
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Cook the gluten-free pasta according to package; set aside.
  • For the sauce: In a large saucepan cook onion, and garlic until the onion is translucent.
  • Add the un-drained tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, broth, basil, oregano, salt and pepper and stir until combined.
  • Bring the sauce to a boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve over prepared pasta.
