Small taco sandwich (finger food). I use fat-free cream cheese and sour cream, it's delicious and light! You can add any vegetables or hot peppers that you'd like to the cream cheese mixture, to layer between the tortillas. Vegetables add an extra crunch. Serve with salsa to dip into.

- In a medium-size mixing bowl, blend together cream cheese, and sour cream. Mix in taco seasonings. Layer mixture onto tortillas; stack the tortillas 5 high, with the mixture layered between them. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 1 inch squares and serve.

- In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink., Meanwhile, cut bread in half lengthwise; hollow out top and bottom of loaf, leaving a 1/2-in. shell (discard removed bread or save for another use). , In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and salsa until blended. Spread inside bread shell; set aside., Drain beef. Stir in taco seasoning. Layer lettuce and tomato in bottom of bread shell; top with beef mixture and cheese. Replace bread top.
