1 lb Chicken Wings (fresh or frozen)
Rotisserie Chicken Rub
Cooking Spray
1 cup Water

Steps:

  • For fresh wings, cut off wing tips, and cut the wings into two parts, the wing and the drumette. For frozen wings, make sure the wings are not all together, and are separated.Add one cup of water to the Instant Pot. Put the Instant Pot Trivet into the Instant Pot, and put the steamer basket on top of it. Put the wings in the steamer basket.
  • Place the lid on the Instant Pot, use the manual setting, and cook for 10 minutes for fresh wings, and 15 minutes for frozen wings. Use Natural Release, and wait for the valve to drop. Carefully open the lid and carefully remove the basket and place it on a plate to cool.If you used frozen chicken wings, cut off wing tips, and cut the wings into two parts, the wing and the drumette.
  • Dry chicken wings with paper towels. Spray with cooking oil and coat in Rotisserie Chicken Rub. Spray the Air Fryer Basket and place the wings in it. Air fry the wings for about 20 minutes at 400F, flipping them at 10 minutes.Serve with Instant Pot Spaghetti Squash and Easy Cucumber Tomato Salad With Cauliflower.

2 pounds chicken wings*
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer to 400° F for 5 minutes.
  • Use paper towels to pat the chicken wings completely dry and place them in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle with the olive oil and toss to coat.
  • Sprinkle on the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper. Stir to evenly coat the wings with the seasonings.
  • Place wings in a single layer in the air fryer with a little bit of room in between each piece. (Cook in batches as needed.) Air fry at 400° F for 8 minutes on the first side, then flip and cook on the second side for 8-10 minutes, until wings are cooked through and crispy
  • Serve immediately, with buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, BBQ sauce, or other dipping sauces as desired.

Meanwhile, make sauce: In a microwave safe bowl, microwave butter until melted completely. Whisk in hot sauce. Heat broiler to high. Transfer cooked wings to a large bowl and toss with 1/2 the sauce. Place in an even layer on prepared baking sheet and broil until crisp, about 4 minutes per side. Remove from tray and place back in bowl. Gently toss with remaining sauce and serve.
