Prep Time 15 minutes

Cook Time 15 minutes

Yield 8 Servings

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 tablespoon olive oil
2 (13.8 oz.) packages refrigerated pizza dough
1 (16 oz.) jar pizza sauce
8 ounces part-skim shredded mozzarella or other mix of shredded cheese
1 (8.5 oz.) can pineapple chunks, sliced in half
4 ounces pepperoni, sliced
3 ounces Canadian bacon, cut into sixths
3?½ ounces can sliced black olives (1/2 cup)
½ small red onion, sliced
1 cup grated Parmesan
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and brush 2 baking sheets with oil.
  • Remove pizza dough from 1 package and flatten on a baking sheet. Using a 6-inch round stencil or base of a tart pan, cut out 3 (6-inch) rounds. Gather excess dough and roll out on oiled surface to make another 6-inch round; place on baking sheet with others. Repeat procedure with second pizza- dough package and baking sheet.
  • Spread 1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. pizza sauce evenly on each pizza, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Top with about 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese per pizza. Distribute toppings over pizzas in any combination, and sprinkle with Parmesan and, if desired, crushed red pepper.
  • Bake pizzas until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 15 minutes. Serve hot.

INDIVIDUAL PIZZAS RECIPE - FOOD.COM
I made these over 30 years ago for my family when I had to cook. I made these long before canned pizza sauce was available like it is now. Either that or my mom did not buy it. My brothers loved these! They were always happy when I made them. One of my brothers would take a full pan of 10 pizzas with him if I had a pan on the counter and he had to go somewhere. He always came home with an empty pizza pan. This recipe can very easily be doubled or tripled. You can use any meat of your choice and add any ingredients you want. It is an easy way to make pizza to each persons taste. They can pick what they want on their own pizza. This is something easy for kids to make too.

INDIVIDUAL BISCUIT PIZZAS RECIPE BY DAN MYERS
When fresh homemade pizzas come to mind, Pillsbury biscuit dough isn’t an obvious option for a crust. Bagels, old baguettes, and other pre-baked breads are the easiest to simply top with some sauce and cheese and reheat in the oven. But the sauce tends to make the final product soggy, and using fresh dough is generally preferable to just reheating old bread, right? For fresh homemade mini-pizzas in a pinch, try using biscuit dough. It gives the final product an appealing rich sweetness, and they’re just the right size for a kid’s meal.

Add 1 tablespoon of sauce to each biscuit, leaving room around the edges, and add 1/8 cup shredded cheese atop the sauce. Bake until brown and bubbly, about 17 minutes. Cut into quarters, or eat whole.
