Yield about 1-1/2 quarts.

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries, partially thawed
1 cup sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup half-and-half cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Place raspberries in a blender; cover and pulse until chopped. Transfer to a large bowl; stir in sugar until dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients until blended., Pour mixture into cylinder of ice cream freezer; freeze according to the manufacturer’s directions. Transfer ice cream to freezer containers, allowing headspace for expansion. Freeze 2-4 hours or until firm.

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 cup butter pecan ice cream, softened
3/4 cup self-rising flour
1 tablespoon sugar

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the ice cream, self-rising flour and sugar. Transfer to a 5-3/4x3x2-in. loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
