Ingredients

1 cup crushed butter crackers
garlic salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
3 eggs, beaten
4 pork chops
½ cup butter

Steps:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a shallow bowl combine crushed crackers, garlic salt and pepper; mix well. In a separate bowl beat eggs.
Dip your pork chops in the egg batter and then in the cracker mixture. Place the pork chops in a casserole dish. Place chunks of the butter around the pork chops. Cover and bake for 45 minutes.

Ingredients

3 cups Bread crumbs
¼ cup Vegetable Oil
2 tsp table salt
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp celery salt
¾ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp Garlic Salt
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
6 bone in, ½-inch thick pork chops

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
In a large ziploc bag, add the breadcrumbs, oil, salt, paprika, celery salt, black pepper, garlic salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Close the bag and rub all the ingredients together until fully mixed.
Add one pork chop to the bag at a time and close with some air trapped inside.
Shake gently until covered.
Repeat with each piece of pork.
Place on a sheet pan and bake in the oven for 15 minutes then turn the pork chops over, and bake 10 more minutes.
