- 1. Steam veggies of choice until just soft. ( I usually do sweet potatoes, sweetcorn, patty pans / gem squash, normal potato and carrot )? ? 2. Add 125ml cream to pan, with a few shakes of aromat (1 and 1/2 tsp), one shake of lemon pepper (1 tsp), about 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp crushed garlic, 1/2 tsp green masala, 1 Tblspn brown sugar, a shake of parsley and 2 Tblspn creamstyle sweetcorn ... on low heat, bring to a boil until it slightly thickens.? ? 3. Pour over soft veggies and ENJOY??
