Creamy Pasta Salad from Seasons | Hy-Vee image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 lbs. of Hy-Vee tri color rotini, cooked and drained according to package directions
1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
0.25 c. of chopped onion
2 c. of shredded carrots
1 (14 oz) can Hy-Vee sweetened condensed milk
1 c. of Hy-Vee granulated sugar
0.5 c. of Hy-Vee vinegar
2 c. of Hy-Vee mayonnaise
1 tsp. of Hy-Vee salt
0.25 tsp. of Hy-Vee black pepper, optional

Steps:

  • 1. Combine pasta with green pepper, onion and carrots in large bowl.
  • 2. In separate medium sized bowl, stir milk, sugar, vinegar, mayonnaise and salt until well-blended.
  • 3. Add dressing to pasta mixture, mix well. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours.

Our quick and easy pasta salad recipe is infused with Italian dressing and Italian seasoning.

1 (16-oz.) package Hy-Vee elbow macaroni
1 c. of Hy-Vee Italian salad dressing
0.25 c. of light mayonnaise
1 tsp. of Hy-Vee Italian seasoning
3 c. of broccoli florets
1 c. of carrots
1 c. of cherry tomatoes
0.25 c. of red onion

Steps:

  • 1.

    Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain well and set aside.

  • 2.

    Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together Italian dressing, mayonnaise and Italian seasoning. Stir cooled pasta, broccoli, carrots, tomatoes and onions into dressing. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
