FIESTA CHEESE SPREAD | HY-VEE

Yield 70 1 cracker each

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. of Hy-Vee taco seasoning
1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 c. of Hy-Vee shredded fancy cheddar cheese
1.5 c. of Hy-Vee salsa, divided
70 Hy-Vee reduced-fat snack crackers

Steps:

  • 1. Combine cream cheese, taco seasoning, green chilies and cheddar cheese in bowl. Mix well.
  • 2. Spread 1 tablespoon cheese mixture on each snack cracker.
  • 3. Top with 1 teaspoon of salsa. Serve immediately.
