HUNGRY JACK APPLE PANCAKE WEDGES RECIPE - COOKEATSHARE

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. In pan, put together all topping ingredients. Cook over medium heat till mix boils and thickens, stir occasionally. Place butter in a pie pan. Heat in oven only till butter melts, approximately 2 to 3 min.In a large bowl, beat large eggs at medium speed for 1 minute. Add in lowfat milk and pancake mix while beating for 1 minute more. Pour into hot pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 min. Cut into wedges and serve immediately with warm topping. Pancake will collapse as it cooks.
