Steps:
- Give your sweet potato skins a clean. Peel and slice your sweet potatoes into wedges.
- Load your sweet potatoes into a bowl with your seasonings and extra virgin olive oil and use your hands to thoroughly mix them.
- Load the sweet potato wedges into the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes at 160c/320f.
- Shake the air fryer basket, check with a fork that your wedges are cooked and then cook for a further 5 minutes at 200c/400f.
- Serve and enjoy.

Steps:
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F 8 minutes.
- Lightly spray the fryer basket with oil.
- Slice each potato into even 1/4 inch thick fries.
- Toss with oil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper and paprika.
- Cook in 2 or 3 batches, without overcrowding the pan 8 minutes, turning half way.
