Steps:
- Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and generously salt water.
- Simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
- Drain well. Mash potatoes together with cream cheese, sour cream, chives, salt and pepper. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Place in a storage container with the lid off and chill in refrigerator. When potatoes are cold, cover tightly with lid.
- When read to reheat potatoes, preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a baking dish and spoon desired amount of potatoes into a dish. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
- Use within 10 days.

- To begin, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a mixing bowl, add the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Combine the ingredients fully together and then press into a cheesecake tin.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Wait for the cheesecake base to cool completely before moving onto the next step.
- In another bowl, blend together the cream cheese, eggs, greek yogurt, sugar, vanilla extract and salt. You should keep mixing until you get a smooth consistency.
- Spread the cheesecake filling onto the top of your base.
- Place the cheesecake back into the oven for 50 minutes. It will have some bounce to it when you remove from the oven and that is perfect.
- Allow the cheesecake to fully cool before serving.

Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and beat until combined. Spread half the batter into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan or dish. , In a small bowl, combine topping ingredients; sprinkle half the topping over batter. Dollop with remaining batter and sprinkle with topping. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
