World’s Best Seafood Pasta Salad – Philly Jay Cooking image

Super delicious seafood salad made with miracle whip, onions, celery, and a variety of chopped seafood. Perfect for summer cookouts, family picnics, parties, and more.

Number Of Ingredients 18

16 oz Medium Shell Pasta
2 Qts Water
24 Large Pre-Cooked Deveined Shrimp
(2) 6 oz Bumblebee Canned Lump or 12 oz Fresh Crab meat
8 oz Real or Imitation Lobster Meat
1/2 Cup Red Onions, finely chopped
1/2 Cup Celery, finely chopped
1 to 1-1/2 Cups Hellman’s Mayo
1 Cup Miracle Whip
1/2 Cup Sweet Relish
1 Tbs Mustard
1-1/2 Tbs Sugar
1 Tbs Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 Tbs Salt
2 Tsps Parsley Flakes
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Fill a large pot with 2 qts water and place over high heat.
  • 2. After 10 minutes, or once the water comes to a boil, add pasta to a large pot and boil for 10 minutes, then drain immediately and set aside to chill.
  • 3. Meanwhile, drain as much water from the can of crab meat, remove tails from shrimp, then chop shrimp and lobster meat into desired shapes/sizes.
  • 4. Chop your onion, and celery into small pieces.
  • 5. Get a large mixing bowl. Add mayo and miracle whip, crab, seasonings, relish, mustard, then whisk in well.
  • 6. Then add the seafood and chopped vegetables and fold in well until well blended.
  • 7. Add shell pasta and fold in well.
  • 8. For decoration purposes, garnish with paprika, then cover with plastic wrap and sit in the refrigerator until chilled.
