90 ml Pineapple juice (fresh pressed)
20 ml Cream of coconut (e.g. Coco Lopez, Re'al etc.)
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)

  • BLEND all ingredients with 6oz scoop crushed ice and serve with paper straws

3 cups ice
1 ounce white rum
6 ounces evaporated milk
2 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
25 ounces pineapple juice
cinnamon
cherries

Steps:

  • Blend ice and pineapple juice.
  • Add cream of coconut, rum, the milks and vanilla.
  • Top with a cherry and ground cinnamon.
