Steps:
- Preheat oven to 200C. Follow the instructions to make your choice of glaze and set aside.
- Peel back skin from the ham, being careful not to tear the fat. Use a sharp knife to score around the shank, then detach the skin and reserve (use it to cover leftover ham to help prevent it from drying out).
- Score the fat (not the flesh) evenly with a small sharp knife, maintaining an even depth all over. You can either score in a crisscross pattern to form diamonds or in parallel lines.
- Place ham in a large roasting pan with a cup of water, then brush at regular intervals for about 30 minutes, and bake until sticky, golden and warmed through (1-1½ hours). Rest for 30 minutes before carving.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
- In large microwavable bowl, microwave cream cheese and powdered sugar uncovered on High 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds, until softened. Stir until smooth; stir in peaches.
- Separate dough into 5 rolls; return icing to refrigerator. Cut each roll into 6 pieces, and stir into peach mixture. Spoon into baking dish.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbling around edges and dough is baked through in center. Cool 10 minutes. Transfer icing to small resealable food-storage plastic bag. Cut 1 corner with kitchen scissors; drizzle over mixture. Serve warm.
