This meal in a pie plate takes inspiration from the beloved Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie. Just like the original, it delivers on burger flavor in a big way, while actually using lower-calorie ground turkey instead of ground beef. A bit of Montreal seasoning boosts the grilled-burger flavor and the savory, melty combo of mushrooms and Swiss cheese take it to the next level. Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
- In 10-inch skillet, cook turkey, mushrooms and green onions over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until turkey is no longer pink. Stir in seasoning, and spoon into pie plate. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the cheese.
- In small bowl, stir Bisquick™ mix, milk and eggs with fork or whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate.
- Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese; let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with more green onions, if desired.

- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire, seasoned salt, and black pepper. Mix gently to combine well. Divide the mixture into 6 even portions (about 6 ounces each). Pat together into a tight ball, then press into a patty, ¾-inch thick. On the stovetop: Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and swirl to coat the pan. Place the patties in the skillet and let cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until the internal temperature of the turkey burger reaches 165˚, about 5 more minutes. If you like cheese on your burgers, add it during the last minute of cooking, then cover to melt. Alternatively cook on the grill: Preheat your grill over medium-high heat, 400 to 425˚. Oil the grill grates. Place the patties on the grill over direct heat. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, covered, or until the internal temperature reads 165˚. - In a small saute pan, over high heat, saute the shallots in the butter until soft, about 5 minutes. Divide the meat into 4 portions. One at a time, flatten each by chopping and spreading the meat with light strokes of your chefs knife. Season each with salt, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of the shallots. Blend into the meat, chopping and turning it as you shape the portions into 4 1/2 to 5-inch round patties, 1/4-inch thick. Toast the hamburger buns and distribute them to your guests. Suggest that they dress the bottom halves of their rolls as they wish while you cook the burgers. Lightly dust the surface of a large, hot saute pan, with salt. When the pan is very hot, but not smoking, lay a patty in the pan. Rapidly add a second burger. Brown the meat, about 20 seconds. Turn patties to other side. Cook until done, about 1 minute. Remove cooked burgers to a warm platter. Repeat process with 2 remaining burgers. Place finished burgers onto guests buns as quickly as possible so they can add their finishing touches.
