Beansprouts
diced ham
200 g prawns, chicken, meat or any other animal protein
2 carrots
1 onion
2 eggs
1/2 cup soy sauce
olive oil or vegetable oil
Chives or chive to your taste

Steps:

  • The fried rice has a hard consistency and a little dry, with a delicious taste. For the exact texture, there is a foolproof technique: several hours before preparing this dish, prepare two cups of rice, cool it a bit and then put it in the refrigerator. This will do some dry rice, to get the texture and appearance of the typical Asian dish.
  • A few hours after completing the previous step, start preparing your fried rice. In a wok or deep skillet, add olive oil or vegetable oil. Wait until heater and add the protein that you have chosen for your Asian rice: previously peeled and washed shrimp, chicken, pork or beef. Saute 5 minutes. Then place it in the refrigerator. If you have decided to make a simple fried rice, simply add the diced ham and fry two minutes.
  • Beat three eggs in a pan, make them scrambled. then book them to add them to your posterior in Asian rice.
  • Then make your return vegetable fried rice: 2 carrots, cut into small cubes, onion julienne and beansprouts. Season with salt and pepper to your taste and cook 5 minutes. Then add meat and scrambled eggs.
  • This is the time to incorporate white rice that you reserved in the refrigerator. Stir regularly to it blends well with vegetables, diced ham and meat. Add the soy sauce and stir. You will find that the rice begins to brown slightly traditional giving so appetizing appearance and taste so delicious. Once everything is mixed well, you can remove the heat of the dish.
