Enoki Mushroom recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

Flammulina velutipes is a simple quick dish, refreshing and tasty, yet delicious, and rich in nutrients.

250 grams Enoki mushroom
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 tsp MSG
1 tsp Soy sauce
a little chopped green onion
a little Garlic water
a little Red Hot Pepper Ring
1/4 spoon Balsamic vinegar
a little Sugar

Steps:

  • Ingredients: Flammulina velutipes, chopped green onion, red pepper ring.
  • Cut off the roots and wash.
  • Boil in boiling water for 1 minute.
  • Put it in cold boiled water to cool it down.
  • Remove and drain the water.
  • Put light soy sauce in a bowl, sugar, balsamic vinegar, monosodium glutamate, garlic water, sesame oil, pepper oil, green onion, and red pepper rings to make a sauce.
  • Pour the sauce into the bowl.

1 tsp (such as Bragg®) low-sodium soy sauce
½ tsp finely grated fresh ginger

Steps:

  • Cut the bottom 2 inches off the mushrooms and discard. Separate the mushroom strands gently.
  • Heat oil in a medium-sized nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until just fragrant.
  • Add mushrooms and stir-fry until they begin to wilt. Add soy sauce and ginger, then toss to coat. Cook 1 to 2 minutes more.
