COCKTAIL MEATBALLS - ALLRECIPES
These tasty meatballs will disappear quickly from anyone's holiday party. My mom makes them every year for New Years Eve, and now so do I. These do very well in a slow cooker, as you can simmer them before serving, as well as keep them hot for the duration of your party.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, egg, water, bread crumbs, and minced onion. Roll into small meatballs.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once.
- In a slow cooker or large saucepan over low heat, blend the cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Add meatballs, and simmer for 1 hour before serving.

Steps:
- Heat a wide non-stick pan in medium high heat and add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Steak sauce, liquid smoke, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili paste and mix.
- Add Coke and mix again.
- Allow the Coca-Cola bbq sauce to cook until the liquid is reduced and thick.
- Add meatballs and mix until they are fully coated.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350º and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, stir together ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Form 16 meatballs, about 1" to 2" in diameter. Place in an even layer on prepared baking sheet and bake 10 minutes. Flip meatballs and bake 10 minutes more, until golden. Meanwhile, make sauce: in a large skillet over medium heat, combine cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk until smooth and season with red pepper flakes and salt. When mixture is smooth, add meatballs to skillet. Cook, basting with the sauce, until sauce is thickened and coating meatballs. Garnish with parsley and serve.

- Preheat oven to 400°. Combine the first nine ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-in. balls., Place meatballs on a rack in a shallow baking pan. - If your meat is not already minced, whiz it up in a food processor to the required consistency and place it in a bowl.
- Use the food processor to turn the bread into breadcrumbs, then add to the meat.
- Bash up the cumin seeds and dried chilli in a pestle and mortar, and pick and finely chop the rosemary leaves. Add to the mince with the dried oregano and egg yolk. Season well with sea salt and black pepper.

- Cook in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden.
