This garlic butter dipping sauce is the perfect dip for steamed crab legs.

2 clove(s) of garlic
0.5 c. of Hy-Vee unsalted butter

Steps:

  • 1.

    Roast crushed cloves garlic in a small saucepan over medium-high heat for 2 minutes; transfer to a bowl. 

  • 2.

    Add Hy-Vee unsalted butter to pan. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Skim and discard milk solids from surface. 

  • 3.

    Pour butter over garlic in a bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
