1 cup boiling water
Sugar substitute equivalent to 4 teaspoons sugar, optional

Steps:

In a large bowl, dissolve coffee in water. Add sweetener if desired. Stir in the milk, chocolate syrup and vanilla; mix well. Serve over ice.
