Quick and delicious Chinese-style rice noodles.

1 (8 ounce) package dried rice noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ tablespoon chili sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 green onion, chopped

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add rice noodles, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until al dente; do not overcook, or they will become mushy. Drain.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic until tender. Stir in noodles, and season with soy sauce, chili sauce, salt and pepper. Sprinkle top with chopped green onion.

Braised Rice Noodles recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

Today I would like to recommend a recipe for braised rice noodles. I recently cooked a bowl of rice noodles for myself every Sanchawu, appetizing and relieving my greed. After eating it, I warmed my whole body and tasted better than the snack street food. More importantly, it is not troublesome at all. It can be served in ten minutes, and the pot can be washed by the way. The taste is super good, not worse than the outside taste, single friends must learn!

Right amount Lo-mei
Right amount rice flour
Two pieces lettuce
Two Millet spicy
A spoonful Dried radish
piece ginger
A pill garlic
A spoonful sesame oil
A spoonful Chili oil
Right amount Mala Tang Seasoning

Steps:

  • First, prepare the side dishes. Wash the lettuce, smash the ginger and garlic and cut into small pieces. Cut the millet in half first, and then chop it. If you can’t eat spicy food, you can ignore it. If it’s troublesome to cut ginger and garlic, you may wish to change it Ginger powder and garlic powder, this kind of seasoning is available in supermarkets, and it is easy to buy.
  • Prepare a piece of lo-mei and a spicy seasoning that you like. I use braised pork lungs, such as braised beef, braised belly, braised pork belly, etc. You can use it as long as you like. Buy at the cooked food stalls, buy more at a time, divide them into small portions with fresh-keeping bags, and freeze them in the refrigerator. You can use only a small portion each time you eat them. The lo-mei bought from regular channels is very clean.
  • Prepare a portion of fresh rice noodles, which are sold in fresh rice noodle markets, supermarkets, etc. You can bring a portion when you are off work. You can also replace the rice noodles with noodles, potato noodles, potato noodles, and so on.
  • Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and boil. After the water is boiled, add the rice noodles and lo-mei and blanch them for about two minutes. One can disinfect and sterilize, and the other can make the rice noodles smoother. The rice noodles are cooked, just blanch them.
