All holiday appetizers should be this fun! This adorable snowman is made of a delicious spread of seasoned cream and Cheddar cheeses.

Steps:
- Mix 3 packages cream cheese and the Cheddar cheese; divide into 3 equal parts. Combine 2 parts to equal two-thirds of mixture; mix in pesto. Mix onion, mustard and pepper sauce into remaining one-third mixture.
- Cover each cheese mixture and refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm enough to shape. Shape each cheese mixture into ball. Wrap each ball, label and freeze.
- About 12 hours before serving, remove balls from freezer. Thaw in wrappers in refrigerator.
- Arrange balls on serving plate with smaller ball on top for head of snowman. Frost snowman with whipped cream cheese before serving. Decorate as desired. Serve with crackers. Store covered in refrigerator.

- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in cheddar cheese, onions, pimientos, butter and Worcestershire sauce. Shape mixture into a ball or press into a small bowl; smooth top. Cover and refrigerate. Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before unmolding. Serve with crackers and if desired, cover with parsley.

- Combine cream cheese, butter, goat cheese and garlic powder in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until smooth. Add chives, parsley, and thyme leaves and pulse a few times until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Form mixture into a large ball. To make the turkey body, Pulse ¾ cups pecan halves in a food processor until finely chopped. Roll cheese ball in pecan crumbs and chill for at least 1 hour to allow the cheese ball to set up. To decorate: Make the tail by sticking pretzels, pretzel sticks and multi colored julienned carrots into the tail end of the turkey. Slice carrots to make the turkey feet. Cut a red bell pepper into a large triangle to make the face of the turkey and place on cheese ball using a toothpick or pressing into the cheese ball. Slice a smaller triangle from a yellow bell pepper and attach to the red triangle to make the beak using another toothpick. Slice a thin carrot crosswise to get 2 rounds, for the turkey eyes and place onto red triangle with toothpicks. For the wings, stick pecan halves into the sides of the body, overlapping each other to make a wing shape. Serve cheese ball turkey on a platter along with crackers.

- Combine the cream cheese, cheddar, gorgonzola, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne, garlic, light scallion parts, ¼ cup dried cranberries, the salt and pepper in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is almost smooth (you still want a few bits of cheese and cranberries in there). Finely chop the remaining ½ cup dried cranberries, the dark green scallion parts and the pecans and toss in a shallow dish. Scoop the cheese mixture from the food processor with a rubber spatula and add to the dish with the pecan mixture. Coat your hands with cooking spray and shape the cheese mixture into a ball. Roll and press the ball in the pecan mixture to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 8 hours. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers.
