This easy bread is excellent with anything from meatloaf, to soups, to chicken. Tastes wonderful, but is pretty crumbly.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cheese. In another large bowl, beat together egg, milk and oil. Stir the flour/cheese mixture into the egg mixture, stirring until just moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.

- In a large bowl, combine the flour, cheese, baking powder, garlic powder and dill. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, oil and honey. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. , Pour into a greased 9x5-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (top will have an uneven appearance). Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.

- Preheat oven to 425ºF. Grease a nonstick (mini or regular) muffin tin with shortening.Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into the prepared muffin tin. For regular-size, fill about halfway. For minis, fill almost full.Place in the oven, and immediately reduce the heat to 400ºF. For the regular-size, bake for about 20 minutes; minis will take about 12. The tops will bounce back when baked through but will not take on much color. The bottoms will be golden. After 1 minute, remove from the tin and let cool on a wire rack until ready to serve. Although best when fresh, they can be reheated. Place them on a cookie sheet and bake at 400ºF about 2 minutes.
