Number Of Ingredients 7

1 stick(s) butter, cold
1 1/2 cup(s) graham crackers, crushed
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
2 cup(s) chocolate chips
1 cup(s) coconut, flaked
1 cup(s) chopped nuts (your choice)
1/2 cup(s) (opts: raisens, sweet chopped dates or chopped cherries)

Steps:

  • Preheat: 350* MELT the butter IN your 13 x 9" baking pan. REMOVE from oven when melted. SPRINKLE graham cracker crumbs into the butter, press down & spread to edge of cake pan. POUR condensed milk evenly over the crumbs. SPRINKLE the coconut, chocolate chips & nuts over the condensed milk & gently press down. BAKE: 25 to 30 mins; until light golden brown. COOL completely in the pan. CUT into bars when cooled. Makes 2 to 3 doz bars.

2 avocados
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 ripe tomato, chopped
1 lime, juiced
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Peel and mash avocados in a medium serving bowl. Stir in onion, garlic, tomato, lime juice, salt and pepper. Season with remaining lime juice and salt and pepper to taste. Chill for half an hour to blend flavors.
