¼ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp grated lemon peel
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp vegan butter or margarine (not unsalted)
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp soymilk (for brushing)
