How to Cook Frozen Burger Patties on Stovetop image

These pre-formed hamburger patties are made from pasture-raised beef and are perfect for backyard barbecue season. Be careful though, they're so good, you might swear off all other burgers after trying them.

1lb pack of frozen Burger Patties
Oil
Salt & pepper

Steps:

  • Remove your frozen burger patties from the plastic packaging.
  • Using a metal spatula, split the patties apart from each other.
  • Add oil to a cast-iron pan set to medium-high.
  • Season each side with salt and pepper. Note: allowing just a couple of minutes to thaw will help the seasonings stick.
  • Place frozen, seasoned patties onto the hot cast-iron pan.
  • Cook 3-5 minutes on each side, then flip.
  • Continue flipping until a nice crust has formed — about 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the pan and serve on your favorite bun!

•2-4 Frozen Hamburger Patties
•1 Cream of Mushroom or Chicken Soup
•3/4 can Milk
•Worsteshire Sauce
tsp •1-2 .Beef Better Than Bouillon (to taste)
•Pepper
cups •1-1 1/2 sliced Mushrooms
Tbls •2-3 . Butter to Sauté Mushrooms in
•Optional Seasoning Salt or Onions

Steps:

  • First make your “gravy” Stir into a skillet..Soup, Milk, Worsteshire Sauce, Bouillon, Seasoning Salt if using, Pepper and Onions (you could sauté the onions first if you like) Heat to a simmer
  • Then place Frozen Burgers in a skillet. No need to thaw first.
  • Cover with a lid and simmer for about 15. min.
  • While the “Salisbury Steaks” are simmering…Sauté your mushrooms
  • Melt your butter in pan on Med.- Med. High and then add Sliced Mushrooms…as many as you like or as little. Add more butter if you need to.
  • Once the Mushrooms start turning brown is when they are done
  • Serve along with Rice, Potatoes or Noodles!
