BROILED TILAPIA | RECIPES | WW USA
The beauty of delicate white fish like this is that it is quick-cooking, so dinner can come together in a matter of minutes. Turn to this basic recipe when you are preparing other types of fish such as halibut, flounder, sole, and even shellfish. Lime juice instead of lemon juice is another good swap, though truly any citrus juice works beautifully. Consider sprinkling with chopped fresh herbs like parsley, cilantro, or basil just before serving for an extra pop of flavor. Eat this with a fork or wrap the fish in a warm corn tortilla or cool lettuce leaf to enjoy with a squeeze of lime, Baja-style.
