Steps:
- Start by making your pie crust. Add mixed herbs into the crust to give it a better flavour. Roll out onto a clean worktop or onto a chopping board.
- Roll out your pastry and add a long layer of sausage meat. Egg wash the sides and then roll it up and smother in egg wash. Trim any loose ends.
- Place your sausage roll in the air fryer.
- Air fry for 10 minutes at 200c/400f and serve.
