Steps:

  • Start the bread maker's dough function. (My bread machine's dough function is kneading + fermentation, the total is 1 hour and 40 minutes)

  • Let the dough grow to 2 times its size.
  • Take out the dough and let it ventilate, divide it into six equal parts, roll it round and relax for 15 minutes. (Remember to cover with plastic wrap)
  • Take a loose dough and roll it into an oval dough sheet.
  • Roll up from top to bottom, and close the mouth on both sides.
  • Put it in the oven to ferment, put a bowl of hot water at the bottom of the oven, and make it twice as big.
  • After fermenting, brush the bread with egg liquid.
  • Sprinkle some white sesame seeds.
  • Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven and bake at 170 degrees for about 13-15 minutes.
  • After the bread is baked, let it cool and set aside.
  • Take 2 sausages and bake them in oven 210 for about 7 minutes. (I made 2 servings here, so I roasted 2)
  • After the bread cools, cut a knife in the middle of the bread with a serrated knife, do not cut it, and spread the lettuce leaves.
